MANFREDI Arquitectura is a boutique studio specialising in architecture, interior design and landscape design, dedicated to creating healthy, sustainable spaces that are deeply connected to the people who inhabit them.
Founded by Silvia F. Manfredi in 2022, the practice is the result of a professional journey that combines technical expertise, design sensitivity and a strong commitment to conscious architecture. Silvia graduated in Architecture from the Valladolid School of Architecture and further specialised in architectural restoration and rehabilitation at the University of Florence.
We view architecture as a second skin: spaces that protect, inspire and support us throughout our daily lives, fostering wellbeing, rest, creativity and personal growth. Our philosophy is closely linked to the identity of each place, local craftsmanship and traditional building trades, bringing together heritage and contemporary design. We seek to transcend passing trends and create thoughtful, timeless projects.
We apply principles of bioconstruction, healthy building design and energy sustainability to deliver comfortable, low-energy buildings. We have experience in passive house design in accordance with the Passivhaus standard, as well as projects associated with international sustainability and wellbeing certifications such as LEED and WELL, adapting these methodologies to the specific characteristics of the Mediterranean climate.
Our experience across residential, commercial, educational and refurbishment projects enables us to approach each commission from a holistic perspective, combining creativity, technical rigour and a highly personalised service focused on bringing each client’s aspirations to life.
